• Return Window: You can return items within 7 days of delivery
• Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
• What We Accept: We accept returns for most products except intimate wear, customized items, and opened cosmetics
• Refund: Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

• Before Shipping: You can cancel your order anytime before it's shipped - Full refund
• After Shipping: Once shipped, you cannot cancel but you can return after delivery

• Refund Time: Cancellation refunds are processed within 3-5 business days

• Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive the return
